so.. WTF? I have recently become a full-time PHP freelancer (as of this writing, one site done, one in the pipe). I'm also a budding entrepreneur, as I'm involved with one recently launched startup, and have at least two in various stages of development. But, that doesn't really tell you much about me, does it?
For the last just-over-9-years I've lived here in Sydney with my beautiful wife and my three satisfyingly-odd step children. I sort of got dropped into the deep end of family life and professional life, which is just how I like it (I joined my children just as they were going into adolescence, no diaper duty, THANK YOU!). I like to think I have a fairly unique view on lots of things, which tends to either amuse/annoy/anger people, which is something I'm a bit proud of, really. I rarely fail to make an impression, let's put it that way.
I've been involved in "social media" -- and the 'net -- long before it had a snappy Web2.0 name, and I love both. I really don't know what I'd do, professionally or socially, without the 'net (met the lovely wife wayback on Powwow, for instance 
).
Anyway.. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope I manage to amuse/annoy/anger/interest you in some fashion.
